WB Duare Duare Paschim Banga Sarkar Scheme has been launched by the Cheif Minister of West Bengal Smt. Mamata Banerjee on 23 November 2020 to address the grievance of the people from the block level. Government to set up camps in blocks at your doorstep through this scheme. There are two schemes that have been announced by the CM on 23 November 2020 at a programme held at Sidhu Kanhu Indoor Stadium, Durgapur. The name of the first scheme is Duare Duare Paschim Banga Sarkar and the second one is “Karmai Dharma” (Work is Worship) scheme. Under the Duare Duare Paschim Banga Sarkar Scheme, the government will set up camps in blocks to address the grievance of the people and try to solve them immediately. With the help of this scheme, the government will provide help at your doorstep. People of West Bengal just need to go to the camps and share their problems. The government will listen to the problem of each and every person and provide the solution and this will start from 16 August 2021.

West Bengal state government officials will organize camps in each block for the common people. And the Karmai Dharma initiative will help unemployed youth to get self-employment and to run their household expenses.

Karmai Dharma Scheme

Under the Karmai Dharma scheme, the West Bengal government will provide 2 lakh motorcycles to unemployed youth. Under this scheme, all the unemployed candidates of the state can apply for their livelihood. Under the Karmai Dharma Yojana, financial assistance will be provided with the help of cooperative banks. Boxes will be installed on the back of the bike to carry the items sold. CM Mamata Banerjee has also said that the government will provide 100% scholarships to needy applicants.
