How to Create NREGA Scheme Job Card?

First, go to the Gram Panchayat and submit your name, age, and address along with a picture of yourself. Now the gram panchayat will register the houses and prepare a list of how many adult members from which family has submitted their details. After scrutiny, the MNREGA list is prepared and you are provided with a job card.

The job card contains the details and photos of the registered adult member. If your name is included in the NREGA job card list, then you have to submit a written application to the Panchayat or Program Officer that you are ready to work (for at least fourteen days of continuous work).

Under this Act, there is no discrimination between men and women. Therefore, men and women are paid equal pay. There is also a condition of the application that only adults can fill the application form for MANREGA.
