If a pregnant woman registers herself into the Reproductive and Child Health (RCH) scheme with PICME. Then after the successful registration, they get a PICME number from the department. 3. You need to click on the option of Pre-Registration by Public on the right side of the screen.

• Enter your registered mobile number at the section of the “Mobile No Acknowledgement” navigation of the PICME Registration portal.
• Now, click on the Get Details option.
• And the details of the Acknowledgement of the submitted application will appear on your screen.

Mobile Number Authentication

• Visit the site .
• At the homepage, go to the menu section.
• Now, click on the“Mobile No Authentication” option.
• After that, enter your RCH ID.
• Now, enter your mobile number to authenticate the same.
• Click on Generate OTP option.
• Now, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.

• The first installment of Rs. 2000 is paid before 12 weeks of pregnancy after the successful registration on time.
• The second installment of Rs. 2000 is paid 3rd month.
• The third installment is paid after the 4th month but this will as per the terms mentioned in the G.O.
• The fourth installment of Rs. 2000 is after the 4th month.
• The fifth installment is Rs. 4000 after the delivery (This amount is paid only if the delivery is done in a Government hospital in Tamil Nadu).
• The next installment of Rs. 4000 paid after the child is vaccinated with OPA/ROTA/PENTA along with 2 IPV doses.
• Finally, the last installment of Rs 2000 is paid after the final vaccination of Measles-Rubella that should be before the infant’s 12th month.
